Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Codestra LLC DBA Breero.com operates Breero.com, a service coordination and lead-generation platform. Business address: 20633 Longenbaugh Rd, Cypress, TX 77433, United States.
Marketplace role
Breero connects customers seeking services with independent service providers across supported categories and geographic areas. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific offering, Codestra LLC and Breero do not perform the underlying contractor, trade, repair, maintenance, cleaning, hauling, installation or other professional services requested through the platform.
Customer requests
Submitting a service request asks Breero to help locate, communicate with or coordinate with one or more potentially suitable independent service providers. Submitting a request does not necessarily create a contract for the underlying service with Codestra LLC or Breero.
Independent providers
Providers operate independently unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes a different relationship. They remain responsible for the services they agree to perform, including applicable licensing, permits, insurance, estimates, pricing, taxes, scope, materials, scheduling commitments, warranties, workmanship, safety and legal compliance.
Scope, price and performance
Unless a particular Breero offering expressly provides otherwise, the final scope, price, contractual terms and performance of the underlying service are agreed directly between the customer and the independent service provider. A customer may accept or reject a provider proposal.
Platform charges and payments
Any Breero booking fee, lead price, subscription charge or other platform charge must be disclosed before the applicable purchase or acceptance. Payment functionality, where offered, should use the secure payment interface presented for that transaction. Do not send complete payment-card information to Breero by ordinary email, chat or text.
Cancellations and refunds
Review our Cancellation Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Service Fulfillment Policy. Professional paid-lead disputes are governed by the Professional Lead & Refund Policy.
Marketplace standards
Breero may establish eligibility, quality, conduct, documentation, customer-service, lead-handling and other platform requirements; screen providers; monitor marketplace performance; suspend participation; and facilitate disputes. These activities do not, by themselves, make Breero the provider of the underlying trade or professional service.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right, remedy, liability, statutory warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.
