BREERO legal
Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Customers should cancel or reschedule appointments as early as reasonably possible. Breero may facilitate cancellation and rescheduling between customers and independent providers.
Provider-specific terms
Independent providers may maintain their own cancellation, deposit, trip-charge or late-cancellation policies. Any provider-specific fee should be disclosed to the customer as required by applicable law and the applicable agreement.
Breero programs
For Breero subscriptions, lead programs, advertising programs or other recurring products, cancellation affects future service according to the terms disclosed for the applicable program.
Charges already delivered or incurred
Cancellation does not necessarily reverse charges for leads, advertising, services, appointments or other benefits already delivered or incurred before cancellation, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund terms.
How to cancel or reschedule
Email support@breero.com and include the relevant request, appointment or account reference where available.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
